75-year-old female S/P bilateral breast cancer.She had a left mastectomy for breast cancer 21 years ago and then breast conserving therapy on the right for contralateral breast cancer 4 years go. A new small irregular mass was found in the right breast during routine annual surveillance mammography, which was confirmed by digital breast tomosynthesis. Tailored ultrasound was able to demonstrate a small hypoechoic mass in the right breast corresponding to the mammographic finding. Ultrasound-guided core biopsy revealed a grade 2 invasive carcinoma of no special type.
