50-year-old asymptomatic female with subtle group of amorphous calcifications detected at the first round of mammography screening. Stereotactic vacuum-assisted biopsy yielded lobular neoplasia grade 2 with associated microcalcifications (up to 120 micron in size). This is a lesion with uncertain malignant potential and the case was discussed at the multidisciplinary conference. Due to the fact, that the small group of calcifications was completely removed during biopsy, short-term follow-up and not excisional biopsy was recommended.
